The Levels
Rookie- 5,000 steps a day for 4 weeks
Seasoned- 10,000 steps a day for 6 weeks
Veteran- 12,000 steps a day for 6 weeks
Rules:
The rules are simple. Meet your level of steps each day and you receive a point. The person with the most points at the end of the contest wins.
*A tie breaker will be a random name draw
Make sure to carry your phone on you at all times if you do not have a Fitbit or AppleWatch!
Text me a pic of your step count at the end of every day!
Why is it important to move your body?
