- Must get your oz’s in 4 consecutive days for the 4 weeks of the challenge
- Honor system applies
- At the end of each week I’ll text you to make sure you’re on track!
Just Getting Started!? Here’s your challenge..
- *if you are brand new to the water drinking lifestyle. Go easy on yourself. Start out with 33oz (2 bottles of water) a day for 1 week.
- *Week 2 50oz (3 bottles of water) a day.
- *Week 3 67oz (4 bottles of water) a day.
- *Week 4 84oz (5 bottles of water) a day.

In addition, it helps to flush out toxins, giving our organs the chance to work efficiently. Without enough water, our bodies would become dehydrated and unable to perform optimally.
